Cookies I Have Loved is a compilation of my most well-used cookie recipes —a collection that includes best-sellers from the cookie bakery Julie opened in the nineties, recipes inherited from friends and relatives, and favourites Julie came to love over the years. It’s the second in my series of small format, single subject cookbooks, which started with Dirty Food (see below!). Note that it also has a rad exposed spine, designed to a) look cool, and b) so the book lies flat on your kitchen counter! (This book has blue thread in the stitched binding, and Dirty Food has orange.)
